Dealer Information
The 2027 show will be again at a NEW VENUE, the Manatee County Fairgrounds Veterans Hall, located at the corner of 17th St. W. and 13th Ave. W., Palmetto, FL 34221. THIS SHOW WILL BE A ONE DAY SHOW. Show time will be 9 AM to 4 PM Saturday, 2/20/2027.
Setup times will be 2 PM to 7 PM Friday, 2/19/2027 and 7 AM to 9 AM Saturday, 2/20/2026.
You will NOT be able to unload your vehicles inside the hall. When you arrive, as a courtesy to others, please unload and move your vehicle as quickly as possible. We will try to have carts available for you to use. You may use the main entrance or the roll up doors at either end. After unloading do not leave your vehicle near any doors into the building–park it in the grassy area around the building and to the south. There is plenty of parking for trailers and RVs. Hookups are available for RVs at $40.00 per night. Dealers must wear a dealer name badge to come and go from the show. All vendors MUST keep your tables open from 9 am to 4 pm Saturday.

Tables at this show are $45.00 each . Two chairs will be provided for each dealer. Note if you need electricity. Two name badges are provided to each vendor. I think there is enough wall space to accommodate our dealers who normally use it, but please do not ask for it if you really do not need it.
